In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear written statement.

We will reimburse you no later than 30 days from the day on which we receive your written request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Refund Policy

In the event of cancellation of tour / travel services due to any avoidable / unavoidable reason/s we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows:

• 30 days prior to arrival: 13% of the Tour/ Package/ Service cost

• 15 days prior to arrival: 50% of the Tour/ Package/ Service cost

• 10 days prior to arrival: 75% of the Tour/ Package/ Service cost

• Within 10 days of arrival: 100% of the Tour/ Package/ Service cost

• No Show: 100% of the Tour/ Package/ Service Cost

In the case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain activities may be canceled and in such cases, the operator will try his best to provide an alternate feasible activity. However, no refund will be provided for the same.

Note: Written cancellation will accept on all working days, except Sunday, Any cancellation sent on Sunday's will be considered on next working day (Monday).
